I've been using this headgear for a few years now. It is soft and pliable enough to avoid chafing and yet holds steady and holds up to use and washing. I haven't tried anything that is more satisfactory

.Excellent quality
The headgear is soft, smooth and fits well. I wish the velcro held up longer, but if it were more substantial I think comfort would be compromised. I also appreciate the ease of ordering from Direct Home Medical, and the value, especially with the loyalty rewards!

.Should last longer before replacement
Since most insurance will only replace these every 90 days, these usually wear out and leak before then (usually 60 days.)

.Elan is excellent
For more then 5 years I have been looking a CPAP mask that wouldn't break skin out. But, the Elan cloth mask works great for me. I used to tape my nose and eyes and the old mask every night. But, it would still break my nose out. Finally, I found the Elan mask and I very very pleased with it. It's quite and works great. Excellent mask.
