Transcend II looks great and won't overcrowd your bed stand, and it can be easily stowed away in a carry on bag for travel!
COMPATIBLE WITH ANY CPAP MASK
The Transcend II Sleep Apnea Starter system comes complete with a Universal Hose Adapter and a standard 6-foot CPAP hose so it can be used with any mask on the market. So, choose your favorite mask, don't worry it IS compatible!
QUIET: DESIGNED FOR SLEEP
Unique air bearing blower technology eliminates heat and friction in the Transcend II so it can deliver vibration-free therapy at a quiet 29 dB sound level.
RAMP FOR COMFORT
For people who prefer to fall asleep with therapy at lower pressure levels, the Transcned II's ramp comfort feature is a perfect solution. Ramp slowly increases therapy pressure over time, settings from 0 to 45 minutes, so you can breathe naturally as you fall asleep. If you wake up in the night and have trouble falling back to sleep, the ramp can be reinitiated with the simple push of a button.
If you want to track therapy compliance -- for yourself, for your job, or for your doctor -- the Transcend II will help you do it. Transcend II records, stores, and reports on up to 13 months of therapy compliance data -- including total therapy hours, therapy sessions, total blower hours, AHI and leak detection. Proprietary Transcend Software for lets you email compliance data directly to your healthcare provider.
CONQUER THE WORLD
Transcend II is ready to use anywhere with automatic altitude adjustment to 8,000 feet above sea level. When traveling outside the US the Transcend will convert the voltage automatically so you can continue receiving safe and comfortable therapy. NO POWER? NO PROBLEM.
For the first time you have small, portable, and lightweight options for sleeping while you’re on the road, in a plane, under the stars, in your boat or RV, in a remote cabin, or for weathering a power outage at home. The optional Transcend II Mobile Power Adapter will power the Transcend II (or recharge a Transcend Battery Pack) from the "cigarette" style DC Power Outlets like those found in most vehicles.
Optional Lithium Ion Transcend II Batteries are lightweight and capable providing a full -- or multiple -- night's sleep anywhere you choose. The P4 Overnight Battery weighs just over half a pound; and the P8 Multi-night Battery tips the scales at 1.1 pounds so they won't weigh you down! The Transcend II Battery Pack CAN also be attached as a backup power supply, in series with the Universal AC Power Adapter, so your CPAP will work flawlessly throughout the night, even during power outages!
INTEGRATED HEATED HUMIDIFIER
For added comfort the Transcend II is available with an Integrated Heated Humidifier! The streamlined design of the Transcend Heated Humidifier conserves space by cradling the CPAP machine in the center of the humidifier and chamber. Heater settings from 0 (off) to 5 (highest) are easy to manage with a simple dial; and the water chamber holds a generous 325 mL of water. The Heated Humidifier includes a universal power supply and is powered by a slimline power cord separate from the Transcend CPAP. The Transcend Heated Humidifier cannot be powered with a Transcend Batter Pack or DC Power Cord.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- When I turn on my Transcend the therapy air comes out very strongly; it keeps getting stronger for about 15 seconds and then the machine just shuts off. What am I doing wrong?
It sounds like you do not have the Universal Hose Adapter properly installed on your unit. For proper operation the Universal Hose Adapter MUST ALWAYS be in place on the Transcend CPAP machine when Standard or Performance CPAP Tubing is used without the heated humidifier.
- I just received my new Transcend and it smells a bit "hot" like it's burning when I turn it on. Is there something wrong?
In rare instances the Transcend CPAP may give off a mechanical or "hot" smell when it is first run. This is a remnant of the manufacturing process and should go away once the machine has been run for a few hours.

great for travel and for home
Written By: TCB, Boston 8/1/2016
This is a wonderful little machine. Very compact and very quiet. I orignally got it for travel and have used it easily (with battery pack) on long-distance flights. I like it so much that it has replaced a larger one that I used to use at home.
That said, there are a couple of problems. The on-off button is so small that it is hard to find (especially if you are sleepy and fumbling for it in the dark). Second, the period of time it takes for the unit to shut off is simply too short. If you are fumbling to re-adjust the mask in the middle of the night, you don't have time to do that before it turns itself off).
Wonderful for size, but auto-stop with any air leakage bad for those on high pressure
Written By: Tracey, Fort Smith, AR 8/7/2014
I purchased this to take with me when I travel for work. The problem is, my pressure level is 20 and it is nearly impossible NOT to have any leakage on the mask seal at that pressure. I called customer service, but the auto-stop could not be disengaged. I am not back to my heavier "regular" cpap, on which the auto-stop can be disengaged and this little guy sits in my closet. Would be a great product otherwise.
CPAP is OK, but humidifier is user-hostile
Written By: Frank , Reno, Nevada 4/24/2014
The CPAP unit is super small, quiet and as advertised. But filter is flimsy and hard to clean. The humidifier tank is a bigger problem. It appears to be designed for looks and compatibility with the unit with NO THOUGHT of ease of use by the consumer. It's awkward to fill and clean and doesn't like to slide back into the machine easily. Also bulky for travel, negating the small size of the CPAP unit. This is my third cpap and aside from the small size and quieter performance it's not a huge improvement. I prefer the M series humidifier for home and the all-in-one Intellipap for travel to this unit (because I need the humidifier every night). I regret the purchase. Should have stuck with Intellipap.
Good when off the grid

I have taken mine to europe, India and back country canoe camping. The battery pack works about 1.5 nights for me, so you might need a way to charge (solar panel) or second battery. I do not have the humidification unit, I just go without humidification while travelling.
Very Small footprint

Love this machine. On the road about 150 days per year carry my CPAP everywhere. Have been using a CPAP since 1997 and this is the best small machine that I have used.
Multi-night is in the eye of the beholder
Written By: BB, Florida 6/24/2013
The Transcend II works fine. It is light and easy to carry. The Multi-night battery only gave me a about 10 hours of performance when it died. I recharged it and tried again and got the same result. So, if one thinks multi-night should be around 16 hours, it is disappointing.
Little Package, Big YES!

Wonderful for travelers or for home use. I have ordered the battery pack so can't comment on that yet, but have been using as my home unit in preparation for an upcoming trip.

I used the Transcend II Ultra-Light CPAP Machine Package on my trip to China. Excellent! A must have for travelers. Battery life was excellent. Thanks for your advice. Very satisfied!
Transcend II great! Humidification terrible
Written By: Brian N., 10/14/2012
I love the Transcend II. I bought it primarily for travel, but it's so quiet I use it as my go-to machine right now. In some travel settings, I've actually had it on the bed, next to my pillow, and didn't hear it.
The humidification system, though, is the worst thing I can possibly imagine. It's so loud that it actually *gives* me sleep apnea. It makes noise on the intake, rather than the outflow, and with the humidification system, I can't get to sleep while breathing. I hold my breath until I fall asleep, and then, when I inhale, I wake up again. My wife said it's nearly as loud as my window-rattling snore.
So get the Transcend II for its quietness, but learn to live without humidification.
First days with the Transcend II

I'm very pleased with the appearance, usefulness, and especially the light weight of the machine. It's difficult to feel the ON/On depression, however. I applied a piece of adhesive felt there and it's easier, but I'd suggest you add an easily felt bump or true depression.
