These SST Comfort Flaps are used to secure the gel cushion onto the ComfortGel Full CPAP/BiPAP mask frame. The ComfortGel FULL uses a different frame for each size so each SST Flap will only fit the corresponding mask size. Only purchase the flap size that matches your mask size.
