Description

COMPACT, LIGHTWEIGHT & OPEN
The ResMed Swift FX Nano CPAP & BiLevel mask features a compact design, made of ultralight materials, that flexes and moves with the you as you sleep. The simple elegance of the design promotes a natural seal that requires minimal facial contact and has no rigid plastic frame or annoying forehead support.

LOW PROFILE, DUAL WALL CUSHION
The Swift FX Nano's nasal cushion is ultra soft and flexible maintaining a gentle, secure seal; and providing a natural breathing experience without pinching, pressure or leaks. The low profile nasal cushion minimizes facial contact while the dual-wall design with SpringAir technology adds stability and support, distributing pressure evenly, improving comfort, and reducing red marks.

SLEEK SILICONE & SOFTEDGE HEADGEAR
One of the keystones of the Swift FX Nano design is the brilliant, two point headgear. Two soft, silicone side straps connect the cushion to the headgear -- following facial contours and adapting your every move. At the back of the head a single, SoftEdge fabric strap makes fine adjustments easy. Super soft fabric wraps are also included as an optional accessory to personalize your headgear.

The light weight of Swift FX Nano headgear means it is easy to forget you have the Swift FX Nano on and the open design provides a wide, clear line of site so you can easily wear glasses, watch TV, read, and enjoy life while on therapy.

LOCK-AND-KEY QUICK RELEASE TABS
Swift FX Nano headgear attaches to the nasal cushion using two lock-and-key tab hinges -- there are no buckles, no plastic frame, and no hard clips -- just a quick twist and release.

DIFFUSED VENTING & QUIET PERFORMANCE
Tiny whisper-quiet vents in the elbow of the Swift FX Nano gently diffuse air as it is exhaled -- reducing noise and distributing air away from you and your bed partner.

SPRING-FLEX TUBING & DUAL SWIVEL
ResMed's Spring-flex connector tubing reduces pull on the Swift FX Nano, bending and stretching to adapt to movement during sleep. A dual swivel built into the tubing allows 360° rotation for even greater reduction of torque and drag.

SIMPLE TO USE & EASY TO MAINTAIN
With just 3 parts -- headgear, cushion, tube -- the Swift FX Nano is easy to take apart and put together, easy to adjust, and easy to clean. Because all of the mask parts are soft and there is no hard frame the Swift FX Nano is great for travel too.

SIZED FOR YOU
The Swift FX Nano is available in packages with Standard and Wide cushions. A Small cushion is also available as a separate item for patients with smaller noses. For women the Swift FX Nano For Her is available with a small cushion and headgear with pink highlights.

Mask worked well when I was resting on my back, however when I turned to my side I had to readjust it for leaks. The headgear was comfortable (actually more comfortable than the replacement mask which has an additional strap ) but then it didn't work as well.

I've had the nano for a couple of weeks now and have had good nights and bad nights. The major concern is leaks into the eyes, and sometimes the mask slipping upwards and irritating the bottom of my nose. (The headgear needs to be kind of loose to minimize or eliminate leaks.) So overall, this mask is not perfect, but it is EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and the headgear is minimal. The exhalation port makes noise if the blankets are too close to it, but otherwise is almost silent. I am mostly a side-sleeper, and if the mask is taped, I can bury half my face in my pillow and shift around and the mask stays put and is comfortable. Last night I slept wonderfully. By the way, I tried this mask after being unhappy with the Wisp and returning it within 30 days for a full refund. I am a happy customer!

I have a fairly long nose with a narrow bridge. The standard nano cushion felt too small and sat below the bridge of my nose where the tissues are softer and more sensitive. It functioned well in that there were no leaks, but it created an uncomfortable red and bluish bruise and indentation despite adjusting for a loose fit. This mask might have been very good if it were longer and fit at or above the nasal bridge. An optional sized cushion for larger or longer noses would be my suggestion and might help many users.

Best mask I've had. Light weight. Comfortable. Air pressure presses flexible outer rim against face for effective seal.

We (my wife and I) saw some video on CPAP masks and the nuisance they are while sleeping. My wife had found this to be the case and as a result she was not using her CPAP. We looked up the swift nano and were directed to the DHM site. When we spoke w/ y'all we were very pleased with the price and ordered it. It arrived quicker than we expected and we were pleased to see that you charged no tax on the invoice. After trying the unit my wife was very pleased w/ it and now uses her CPAP much more.

I've had the Mirage FX For Her, Swift FX Nasal Pillows, Wisp and now the Swift FX Nano. The Nano is by far the most comfortable and least obtrusive of all the masks I've tried PLUS it almost never leaks. I'm sticking with this one!

I tried the Resmed Swift nano after using the Swift original for a long time. The Nano has very poor head straps and does not fit like the swift original. The nano plastic pillow to surround the nose has a soft layer and a stiffer inner layer. After the first night the area below my noise at the top of the lip was bruised. I cut out some of the stiffer inner layer plastic that was rubbing and tried the next night. I woke up in the middle of night because the bruised area was still being rubbed to point it hurt. I grabbed my swift original and went back to sleep. I have since bought a look alike product from Responics....it work great...no bruising and great head straps.

I liked the lightness and flexibility of this mask, but couldn't keep it adjusted to keep the leaks from occurring. The strap setup just didn't work for me. Either the plastic main strap would slip or the fabric "stabilizing" one would be too loose. I thought of using fabric tape on my face to fix this...but when I woke up after a few hours and realized a fair amount of moisture had collected in the inflated area on the top of my lip (the bottom of the mask) and spilled out when I adjusted it, all I could think about was possible contamination and I couldn't deal with it any more. Too bad. I'll keep looking.

The first two nights using this mask I had no leakage, but after that it leaked a number of times through the night disturbing sleep when I had to adjust. I am going to keep trying though as it might be something with the mask straps that I can fix. I love the size and light weight of it.
