I was looking for something else and game across the Bella fx that goes over your ears. Received my order yesterday and had the best nights sleep since I started using a cpap machine. With the other set up I was waking up at least once a night.. now to see if my insurance will pay for this. Oh, I just ordered the part that goes over the ears not the rest of it.

.Would not keep seal using ear loops
Similar to other posters I very much wanted this to work using ear loops. However the nasal pillow material is much thinner than that used in the Resmed Airfit P10. With only ear loops any movement caused a tug on the pillow mask that made it buckle or sag just enough for seal to be gone. Tried it with hose behind my head and while that held it in place precariously, as soon as I rolled even 20 degrees to the side, the seal was gone. Did not try with headband as I already have a good set with that. With the Resmed Airfit P10 pillows, I really only need to place the back band barely behind the crown of my head and leave the front band floating for a good stable seal (hey,idea,why hasn't the front band been cut off yet? Hopefully it won't unravel) The ear loops themselves are okay but seems they could be made of something other than bare silicone. Sliding one of the face covers back to the ear area was just too thick for me and was more comfortable with the bare silicone alternative. If could've gotten mask to seal I would have been ok with the ear loops themselves. As another poster more eloquently put it the "execution" of what is a good idea is lacking. I can't remember ever returning anything but have this ready to return. I gave it 3 stars because it likely works with the headgear stabilizing it - I just never tried it that way.
