Description

USAGE: The power cord/cable, which plugs into the wall, is not included. If you are missing that cord please see Cord Part 1005894 elsewhere on this site.

COMPATIBILITY: This power supply is only compatible with "50 Series" System One CPAP & BiPAP machines. It will not work with newer "60 Series" System One machines.

SYSTEM ONE 50 & 60 SERIES DIFFERENCES
  • BRANDING = 60 Series System One machines include the words "System One" in raised embossed lettering stamped on both the machine and (if included) the humidifier. 50 Series System One machines feature branding that is painted onto the unit and the words "System One" only appear on the humidifier.
  • COLOR = 60 Series System One machines feature charcoal gray panels and metallic silver side panels. 50 Series System One machines are dark gray with ivory colored side panels
  • MODEL NUMBERS = 60 Series System One machines include reference numbers on the base of the machine that end in 60. For instance 560P appears on the bottom of all 60 Series REMstar Auto machines. 50 Series System One machines include reference numbers on the base of the machine that end in 50. Therefore 550P, 450P, 150P, etc would all indicate 50 Series machines.
  • HUMIDIFIER CONNECTIONS = 60 Series System One machines feature a 6-pin connection between the CPAP and the humidifier. 50 Series System One machines feature a 4-pin connection.

    The product was an exact match and works perfectly. I would appreciate it if you could make it easier to talk to customer service. I ordered the wrong product and if I would have been able to talk to customer service easier, it would have saved me $20.00 additional dollars that I normally wouldn't have spent.

    The power pack on my five-year old CPAP stopped working. Because of a change in insurance, I couldn't get a new machine without a new sleep study!! I ordered this new power pack from Direct Home Medical, had it overnighted, and it worked perfectly. I'm pretty pleased!

    This item I needed but couldn't find at this price. My C-Pap machine was damaged by flood waters in Oct, by Super Storm Sandy and couldn't afford parts from other companies I'm on S.S. dissability and on Medicare and they wouldn't replace machine even though it was damaged by storm. and then I found your company and prices were resonable, would recomend. ( took a chance buying parts not knowing if machine was gonna work but it did with out you I would still be sleeping without machine.4 months without machine) Thank Keith of T.R.N.J.
