How Do I Buy A Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates can be added to your cart, and purchased with other items, just like all of the products on in our store. Certificates can be purchased using any of our usual payment methods -- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, GoogleCheckout, PayPal, etc.
How Do I Send A Gift Certificate?
When ordering a gift certificate you can choose to send a custom email, including a personalized message and the Gift Certificate Key, directly to the recipient. In addition the Gift Certificate Key will be included on your final invoice and a printed copy of the Gift Certificate will be mailed to the SHIPPING ADDRESS on your order. (Note that the SHIPPING ADDRESS does NOT need to be the Gift Certificate recipients address unless you want the certificate sent there.)
How Do I Redeem A Gift Certificate?
Using a Gift Certificate is quick and easy. If you have received a DirectHomeMedical Gift Certificate you can use it whenever you shop with us -- online or over the phone. To use your certificate enter the Gift Certificate Key, exactly as provided to you, in the GIFT CERTIFICATE field on the 2nd page of our online checkout form. If your order total is above the Gift Certificate amount then the entire Gift Certificate amount will be deducted from your order total. If your order total is less than the Gift Certificate amount then the total order amount will be deducted from your Gift Certificate value. The remaining value of your Gift Certificate will be held in balance for use on your next order.

What if I Lose My Gift Certificate?
If you have lost or misplaced your gift certificate please contact us immediately. If it has not been used then we can issue a new Gift Certificate Key immediately. If your certificate has been used then we can issue a new Gift Certificate Key for any balance remaining only.
