service and delivery time was excellent.. The product is very good but - as with all oxygen tubing that I have had experience with (I am on full time oxygen attached to a concentrator) it rolls up on the floor and people are constantly tripping and falling over it. I have tried the suggested spin in a laundry bag with two towels with the machine on low for 10 minutes - this worked for a day and the next day we were back to rolling. I am a senior on a very limited budget and can in no way afford once of those machines that can control the behavior of the tubing. I would welcome any other suggestions. But aside from this the product is good and the company is excellent. Thank you.

I have purchased the 25' and the 30'air hoses in the past only to get so frustrated because they keep coiling up. There was no way to keep it straighten out. Then when I was in the hospital they took 4 of the 7' hoses and connected them together and never once did I have a problem with them coiling or kinking so I decided that I would try it at home and it was the best thing that I could have done. With the shorter hoses and the connectors I'm not tripping over the coiled tubing any longer.

Very dissatisfied with this product. Described as resistant to kinking and occlusion. Totally opposite. Dangerous to use. My experience with this tubing is just mine and experience of another users may be different.
