FLEXIBLE SHORT TUBE WITH SWIVEL
A short delivery tube extends from the Nuance Pro Mask to your main breathing tube, providing a lightweight, flexible connection. The short tube is designed to minimize pull and drag on the face and mask so that headgear can fit more loosely. In addition an integrated 360° Swivel Elbow reduces torque and provides greater flexibility for tube positioning. An integrated tube management loop in the mask's headgear can be used (optionally) to keep the hose out of the way.

.Replacement Headgear
Ordering is easy and shipping was quick. Ordered this headgear because I have a Dream Station. Unfortunately, I have difficulty in keeping it in place. It rides up the back of my head and the face mask portion doesn't really fit my face. I wish it fit more like my ResMed travel nasal mask.

.Not what I expected
The pillow parts are great but the headgear slides up the back of my head while sleeping which loses its tightness against the nose pillows so air starts leaking. Also not a fan of the plastic face straps as they leave marks on my cheeks in the morning. Much prefer the fabric mask straps.

.Painful on the nose
I tried all sizes of the nasal inserts but I kept waking up in pain. The bridge on my lower nose was swollen and nearly bleeding. Also my mouth stayed dry all night because the air going in my nose forced my mouth open. The company will not let me have a refund. I guess I passed the 30 day mark (did not know about it) The nasal painful device is still new so I will just donate it to a poor person.

Comfortable nasal pillows with good fit & seal. Headgear slides around, so has to be tightened to the point where mask is creating undue skin pressure beneath my nose & at upper lip area. The vent blows a strong stream of cold air out the front, which wakes me up when it hits my bare arm. I just switched from the Phillips NuancePro to the ResMed AirFit P10 For Her & am more comfortable - no more hissing cold air jets & more comfortable interface against my face. I am a female side & active sleeper, small face size, nose breather, only need 7-15 pressure setting.

.No Leaks Side Sleeper
I am a side sleeper. I use relatively high pressure. The machine can go up to 20 and it's usually between 10 and 12 when I wake up. There are no leaks with this mask. And it is unobtrusive so that I can read with it on and also don't feel like there is too much strapped to my face. The one problem is that it pushes up on the nose (I'm probably wearing it tight). So, my nose will hurt after wearing it for four hours. It kind of feels like my nose has fallen asleep and has that tingling. The pain is not that bad. But, I do need to switch masks in the middle of the night and often don't want to wear it the next night. Having said that, it's the best mask I have (the others being the PR comfort gel blue nasal, the AirFit F30i hybrid, and the AirFit F20 full face).

.Great Head Gear BUT
I've been using them for a couple years. I've gotten them from my medicare supplier and from Amazon. From Amazon they where $39.00 and Medicare they are free. Why do they cost so much directly from the source. Also the foam on the back strap wears out much to quickly.

.Great pillows. AWFUL head gear strap
I ordered the Nuance for the great reviews on the nasal pillows and agree 100% with the reviews. These are the best nasal pillows I have used in 25 years. However the head strap material is made of something toxic and leaves the back of my head scabbed and sore. This Nuance haedgear and pillows are now sitting in a drawer for the past 6 months since it cannot be used.

I chose this mask for the shape of the gel nose pillows; prior ones irritated under my nose and into my nasal septum. That part of the Nuance delivered. However, I simply cannot get the mask to stay put while sleeping. The band know strap, even though held in place with hair clips, slips up the back of my head causing the side straps to encroach into the eye area. I wake up constantly trying to reposition and secure it, to no avail. Going back to my old mask. Bummer. 😛

This thing is horrible. The Velcro stopped gripping after less than two weeks use. The thing ends up leaking in the night and wakes me up constantly. It felt decent when everything was nice and new, but after a few days the wheels fall off and it becomes useless. I will never consider this mask again and I can't wait to get a new one.

Was using Dreamwear with nasal cushion but switched to this because I am a side sleeper. Found cloth head gear and nasal pillow allows me more freedom to move about. Much better seal around the nose and even helps with keeping my mouth closed which is a problem with me. The only complaint that I have is the long extension piece from the mask to the house. It's not the ball and joint like the Dreamwear and once connected to my heated hose it becomes too lengthy and continues to twist around my body. Other than that a big improvement.

.Ive had 3 nasal pillow masks this one is the best
I have had several nasal pillow masks and this one has pretty much everything i liked about the other masks and corrected most of the things I didnt like about the other. I had the res p10 and liked that very much but it was too loose on me no matter how I placed the non adjustable straps. This one has straps that can be adjusted. The nasal pillows are comfy and the small fit my nose perfectly where the p10 was not right. I was between a small and medium and the mediums hurt my nose and the small had leaks quite often. I do agree with some other commenters about the gel straps having to be up next to my eyes in order for them to actually rest on my face. It is a little louder than the p10 but it does not bother me. I do wish it had a longer hose but that is an easy fix. Unfortunately for me I have realized after trying all these different nasal pillows that despite the fact I really wanted a small less invasive mask like nasal pillows to work for me they just dont. I have tried the chinstraps which are not very comfortable yet my mouth still keeps leaking air. When this happens my ahi is up in the high teens and it cant be treating much if the cpap is causing me to stop breathing because my darn mouth wont stay closed. So if you dont have a problem with your mouth opening during sleep or a chinstrap works for you then this is the almost perfect mask. Going to be trying a hybrid mask but wish so badly I didnt have to. good luck

I was very happy to receive this product two days after I ordered it for no additional shipping charge. I also appreciated the free 30 trial but I will not need it because I like the gel nasal pillows so much! I have used at least six CPAP mask systems (nasal pillows, nasal mask, face mask, full face mask and a couple of strange ones that were a waste of time and money). These gel nasal pillows are the best system yet. They seal better than any other mask, they are light weight and comfortable. I selected the gel head band but think next time I might get the cloth head band.

Works great and have had no problem adjusting to it. Adjustable head gear is easy to use. Fits well and does not leak like my old setup. Would recommend and buy it again if necessary. Was using old Repironics head gear and nasal pillows have been discontinued. NOTE: Nuance PRo has a very short small hose but easily connects to 6 Foot Ultra-Light White Performance Tubing

the gel is more comfortable than plain fabric and doesn't leave as much of a mark in the morning. however, I wish it were adjustable as to placement--the only way to fit the nasal pillows correctly requires the straps to be right below my eyes. I think they could improve on that as other headgear I have had includes a tilt adjustment by the nose piece.

Headgear is just a bit too short for me. I know it is supposedly adjustable by spreading the two narrow straps, but - and I don't have a huge head - I can't really get it loose enough that I don't wake up in the night with a very sore nose from it being too tight.

.Best mask so far
I've been wearing masks for over 10 years now. I have found most of them very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. I started wearing the Breeze nasal mask about 3 years ago and it was better, but not great. I still found it heavy, bulky, and it didn't ever fit correctly. Have been using the Nuance Pro Gel Mask now for over a month. It is the most lightweight mask I've ever used, and for the most part, find it very comfortable. Only thing I have issues with is that the mask leaves marks on both of my cheeks (no matter how loose I make it)and the nasal pillows still leak sometimes. Overall, I would recommend this mask.

.Best CPAP Mask Ever
I am so happy I tried this mask, I love it! I have been using a more traditional nose mask, which I loved, but ordered this one so I could heal the famous nose sore that comes from the traditional masks. I love this mask and will never return to my old mask. There is nothing over my eyes so I can now read in bed with my mask on. The Nuance nasal pillow CPAP mask was comfortable and light weight. I wear a CPAP mask 24/7 and my line of vision was not blocked. The only problem I encountered with the Nuance nasal pillow mask was that it would not stay in my nostrils no matter how much I tried to make adjustments.

After several masks, nasal pillows, hybrid masks and what ever else I thought might work I have found the perfect item for me in the Nuance. Great for side sleepers because of the fabric instead of plastic part of the headgear that goes across your cheeks. When sleeping on your side the headgear does not pull the mask from my nose and cause leaks. Great Choice

I was very excited to try the Nuance Pro Mask. It came with a great recommendation from someone I really trust. I enjoy the pillows, as well as the headgear. But the noise level is incredibly high. It almost appears as if a part were missing. I find it hard to believe that Philips would release such a product, when quiet operation is such a vital factor. Back to the design table. Hope they figure it out.

For almost seven years I used the Puritan Bennett Breeze Headgear with nasal pillows. I found it to be bulky, heavy, and never a really good fit of the nasal pillows with almost constant ongoing nasal/nares irritation and discomfort. Why I didn't switch sooner is on me! I finally did switch about 4 weeks ago to the Nuance Nasal Gel Pillow mask! What a remarkable difference for me! Light-weight materials for the head gear, adjustable with easy on and off your head. The pillows work perfectly. I have found if I just flare my nostrils a bit, gently push the gel pillow upwards, relax my nostrils around the pillows it fits perfectly without leaking and an easy fix if your movement unseals them. The gel adds to nasal comfort without irritation. It is close to silent in its operation and the hose is easily maneuverable for greater comfort. The only minor criticism I have, is than the bottom of the pillow holder often sits on my upper lip and is an annoyance rather than painful. Not sure how this can be fixed? All in all I would rate the Nuance 4 Stars! Give it a try!

.Nuance Pro Gel Nasal Pillow Mask
I have been using the Swift FX for a couple of years and found it to be the best CPAP that I had used. I had a friend recommend the new Nuance Pro Gel Nasal Pillow mask and decided to try it to see if it would work better for me. I now have a new favorite. It is the most secure and most comfortable mask that have ever used. It holds pressure much better than the Swift FX that I used before. It also stays in place much better when I turn at night.
