As a user of a cpap machine for years I can say this mask is the most comfortable and best sealing mask I've ever used.

I tried all sizes on the nose piece but woke up with a very sore nose. Not my favorite mask.

I HAVE HAD THE Nuance & Nuance Pro Gel Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask with Headgear for just over 3 Months, I is very comfortable to sleep in but the Head Gear Has Started to Fall apart, with the cost of the unit I Believe it should last longer Than That

The 'pillow' design is the 3rd style I have tried and it is far and away the best! I first tried the nasal mask type with two different frames: the had a 2 point frame and I couldn't get it to seal. The second had a 3 point frame which held it firmly over my nose, but it rubbed the nose bridge raw! The nasal pillow design was the least attractive to me but has actually worked best because it has given me the most freedom to roll from side to side. I still sometimes wake up with air blowing in my eyes after a turn but am finding it increasingly easy to readjust the device.

Works great and have had no problem adjusting to it. Adjustable head gear is easy to use. Fits well and does not leak like my old setup. Would recommend and buy it again if necessary. Was using old Repironics head gear and nasal pillows have been discontinued. NOTE: Nuance PRo has a very short small hose but easily connects to 6 Foot Ultra-Light White Performance Tubing
gel on headgear

the gel is more comfortable than plain fabric and doesn't leave as much of a mark in the morning. however, I wish it were adjustable as to placement--the only way to fit the nasal pillows correctly requires the straps to be right below my eyes. I think they could improve on that as other headgear I have had includes a tilt adjustment by the nose piece.

After six months the headstrap falls apart.

Headgear is just a bit too short for me. I know it is supposedly adjustable by spreading the two narrow straps, but - and I don't have a huge head - I can't really get it loose enough that I don't wake up in the night with a very sore nose from it being too tight.
Best mask so far

I've been wearing masks for over 10 years now. I have found most of them very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. I started wearing the Breeze nasal mask about 3 years ago and it was better, but not great. I still found it heavy, bulky, and it didn't ever fit correctly. Have been using the Nuance Pro Gel Mask now for over a month. It is the most lightweight mask I've ever used, and for the most part, find it very comfortable. Only thing I have issues with is that the mask leaves marks on both of my cheeks (no matter how loose I make it)and the nasal pillows still leak sometimes. Overall, I would recommend this mask.
Comfort at its best,

I would highly recommend this nasal pillow for two great reasons the comfort and the way it stays in place when adjusted correctly, especially for a guy that tosses and turns as much as I do.
