The UNIVERSAL LONG LIFE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK from Respironics provides the ultimate in power, portability and convenience when combined with your CPAP/BiPAP system. It is compatible with systems from Covidien, ResMed, Puritan Bennett, DeVilbiss, and Respironics. The Long Life Battery Pack really works providing average run times of 16-24 hours with most systems so you can take your CPAP/BiPAP on vacation, camping, in the air, or on the road! This battery pack includes specially designed chargers which will effectively recharge the battery without overcharging it. In addition multi-colored LED lights let you know the charging status of the system.

Each battery pack comes complete with EVERYTHING needed to power your system and recharge the battery pack including: Sealed Lead-Acid Battery, Convenient Travel Bag, and Standard Power Cord for recharging from US Wall Sockets. In addition, depending on the system selected, your battery pack will include a cord for powering your CPAP/BiPAP directly from the battery pack or from any "cigarette" style 12V DC power socket (like those found in most cars, boats and other vehicles).

COMPATIBILITY & RUN TIMES

The Universal Long Life Rechargeable Battery Pack for CPAP/BiPAP systems is designed to help you get a good night's sleep. The amount of time the pack will power your system between recharges will vary depending on your specific system, pressure and setup. Average run times between charges for selected CPAP/BiPAP systems/settings are listed below. Actual run times may vary. Battery packs should not be used with heated humidifiers. Using a heated humidifier while running your CPAP/BiPAP from a battery pack will reduce overall run time. To help extend run time turn the heated humidifier's temperature gauge to its lowest possible setting.

AIRLINE TRAVEL

Airline policies and FAA regulations are constantly changing. Current regulations do allow many Oxygen devices, CPAP/BiPAP systems and non-spillable lead acid batteries (like the ones sold here) to be carried onboard commercial flights; however it is always important to check with your airline prior to travel to determine exactly what requirements they have for carrying medical equipment on board. Many will require a letter of medical necessity from your doctor as well as an early check-in time.
