The P1's BlueWave technology and long life, eye safe LEDs recreate the positive effects of sunlight by emitting a specific blue spectrum that has been proven more effective than common household bulbs or most other light therapy devices. The goLITE P1's BlueWave technology restores sleep patterns faster, with lower risk of eyestrain or headaches than other blue light systems.
