The goLITE M2 Light Therapy Device with BlueWave provides effective blue light therapy using 1/10th the intensity of traditional 10,000-lux light systems. The goLITE M2 helps treat the symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and jetlag to restore energy, and encourage more natural, restful sleep patterns.

The M2's BlueWave technology and long life LEDs recreate the positive effects of sunlight by emitting a specific blue spectrum that has been proven more effective than common household bulbs or most other light therapy devices. The goLITE M2's BlueWave technology restores sleep patterns faster, with lower risk of eyestrain or headaches than other blue light systems.

Sitting in the lamp's light for 15-minutes a day -- especially within the first few hours after waking up -- triggers signals in the hypothalamus that assuage the imbalances that can result from short amounts of daylight, long work hours, and seasons of limited outdoor activity.
