FREE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

30-NIGHT MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Try Oracle 452 Oral CPAP Mask at home and if you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the original purchase price. Love it or send it back, it's that simple!

SIMPLE & CONVENIENT
The Oracle 452 is simple to use and convenient to wear. The low profile design is great for people who wear glasses or like to read or watch TV in bed. Oracle is highly customizable and virtually leak free with minimal facial contact and no nasal or forehead contact required at all. It can even be worn without headgear!

SOFTSEAL MOUTHPIECE & SNAPFLAP COVER
The Oracle 452's unique SoftSeal Mouthpiece floats comfortably in the mouth helping to eliminate skin abrasions and pressure points. The SoftSeal works in concert with the SnapFlap Cover to provide a simple, superior seal and maximum comfort. Each Oracle comes with two Silicone SoftSeals so that you can select whichever size you prefer -- small or large -- to get your best fit. The Oracle is simple and convenient to use and it can even be worn with most dentures.

OPTIONAL SINGLE STRAP HEADGEAR (INCLUDED)
Because the Oracle is such an easy mask to wear many people prefer to use it without headgear; however lightweight, minimalist Single Strap Breath-O-Prene Headgear is included in each package so that you can choose to use it or not depending on your preference. Single Strap headgear is highly adjustable for a personalized fit and provides a clear field of vision and freedom of movement.

ROTATING ADJUSTMENT DIAL & FLEXITUBE
The Oracle's Rotating Adjustment Dial is Infinitely adjustable to provide greater comfort and simple personalized fitting; and it's so simple to use you can even make adjustments while the mask is on! The mask's FlexiTube tubing can be rotated 360º so you can position it up, down, or two the side.

OPTIONAL NASAL PLUGS (INCLUDED)
Three sizes of nasal plugs (for optional use) included in each mask pack. Nasal plugs can be used to help reduce nasal breathing and dryness when using the Oracle mask. Many people find that the nasal plugs are not required, but most users do find them helpful for the first couple of weeks when starting to use the Oracle.

USAGE: Please note, the Oracle 452 should only be used on CPAP/BiPAP Systems that include Heated Humidification. Oracle is not recommended for use by people without teeth or dentures that can be kept in at night.

The mouth only / no headgear or chinstrap concept was so appealing that I felt investing in one and trying it was worth it, if it worked, which it did not. The top of the outer seal is not big enough and the upper lip just slips out causing full leaks. Sadly went back to F&P Evora with all the adjusting and gear.

After going through numerous masks, I found this one by happy accident. None of my my doctors had ever heard of it. I'm a scuba diver and snorkeler and this resembles a snorkel. Since I can't really breathe through my nose it works very well for me!! Like any mask, there is a short adjustment time but now I get the good deep sleep I never got before. I highly recommend it!

I inside the mouth portion of the mask only comes in two sizes, medium and large. If they made a smaller size it might work for me. The air coming through the mouthpiece is quite strong and would take some getting use to. Once you get used to it you also have the added benefit of a build in night guard.

I purchased this Mask because I am having nasal surgery and I have an extremely hard time sleeping without my BiPAP. I will not be able to use my other mask for two weeks! This is the only mask that I found for breathing through your mouth. My previous supplier said that they do not make this type of mask but I found this on line! It was a little difficult to assemble but you can firgue it out. Maybe better instructions are in order from the manufacture or have the mask fully assembled before shipping to the customer.

I ordered the Oracle 452 Oral CPAP Mask to give it a try. Arrived quickly in in good shape. I have been using a nasal mask for a number of years but have to use a chin strap as I can't close off my mouth. The nasal mask did not bother me but I HATE chin straps as I have never found one that doesn't irritate under my chin. So I wanted to try the Oral Mask to see if it would work for me. Unfortunately after a week or so of using the new mask I gave up. My AHI was much higher and it made my mouth very very dry. The oral mask is a good concept but it was not for me! I might consider going back to a full face mask which is what I started with years ago.

I have been using this cpap device for over a year now. After going to the hospital in Afib three times even after going under cpap therapy, I finally got the doctors to explain that I was literally dying in my sleep. My oxygen levels would get so low that my heart would lose rhythm. I bought an oximeter (50-75 bucks) that straps on my wrist and attaches to my finger that has an alarm that goes off if my oxygen goes too low while I'm asleep. I tried 4 different mask and with each and every one but this one I was woke up by the alarm, meaning that they were not working. Tired of all the marks on my face and inability to keep the mask on during restless sleep I tried this one. No alarms! This is the only mask that works. I have seen other comments about not needing the nose plugs I find bogus. You must have the nose plugs in ( all the way in-the outer lip of the plug needs to rest inside the nose.) other wise the air is simply going to go into your mouth and come out your nose as soon as you go to sleep. I've had of year now of no afib-yea me. Yes, it may be hard to get used to having all the stuff in your nose and mouth but you get used to it eventually.

Since I wake up frequently during the night I need a mask that allows me to read. I’m also a mouth breather and a side sleeper. So far this mask doesn’t leak when I’m on my side. Dry mouth is really an issue with this mask, but I use a dry mouth lozenge and that seems to help some. The nose plugs can be irritating and fall out at night. I may need to try the next size up.

I was hoping for a solution to other masks irritating my nose but this was not the solution. After several times to resolve the problem, nightly my CPAP machine alerted me to a bad seal. I found the inside flap became loose and it irritated the inside of my mouth waking me during the night. Very disappointed and stopped using it after one week of use and the loss of my $67 investment. Could not return as it was used.

I personally love this mask. I've tried several different types - a few nasal only and a few mouth/nose. I don't like to shave, so I constantly have a short beard. This is the only mask I've found where you don't have to be fairly clean shaven to get a seal. Been using this model for years. It does take some getting used to though. The nose plugs have a tendency to fall out during the night, but that doesn't really bother me. Over time I've seemed to "learn" to put them back in without waking up. I do recommend using a tube lift. It makes sleeping at any angle much more comfortable. Although I'm not a stomach sleeper, I am a side and back sleeper. You can also use it with or without the neck strap. I use it both ways, just depends on my mood. All in all, I love the thing!

Great fit and the mask, itself, was comfortable, but within a half hour it dried out my mouth so badly that it was too uncomfortable to continue using. Intended this to be at least a "go-to" mask when allergies/colds make a nasal mask unusable, or my new every-night mask if I liked it and it worked well, but I cannot use it for more than a few minutes. Was quite comfortable at first, and was easy to go to sleep, but I soon woke with very dry mouth which progressed to sore spots. Blistex and oral rinse resolved the wounds within a day, but won't use the mask again. Does come with a warning about potential to dry out a person's mouth - they're not kidding!

If you breathe at all through your nose I wouldn't recommend this mask as the air from your CPAP will just escape out your nose. There are nose plugs but they are very uncomfortable especially while sleeping. If you are primarily a mouth breather, make sure you can get by without nose breathing and are comfortable wearing the nasal plugs.

Love this mask! Hate all the headgear and because of a deviated septum, cannot breath through my nose. This mask is easy to use, easy to clean and does not have all those headgear straps. The only downside is that your mouth tends to get dry. So I put some biotene gel on the inside mouth piece and it lubricates my mouth and the mouthpiece doesn't stick to my lips. I highly recommend

Since I can't have any sort of strap (hat, hairband, clip, bobby pin,.....) on my head (fibromyalgia), the Oracle is perfect for me. The headgear at my neck is OK. The small mouthpiece was too big, but I just trimmed about 2mm off all around with sharp scissors and smoothed the edges. Since I have a deviated nasal septum I am a mouth breather, and the myriad of meds I take dry me out anyway, so even with the humidifier on 8 I don't drool. The nasal plugs are bad for me, too. I have to use a large in my left nostril and a medium in my right, so I cut them apart and taped them together at the connector. Lidocaine jelly (prescription) helps with the discomfort and provides a water soluble "glue" to hold them in. I've been on CPAP for almost two weeks now, can sleep eight hours, no longer have a morning headache, am more alert and energized, and my fibromyalgia pain has already been cut in HALF!

This mask fits well and seems to be a great alternative for someone who doesn't want anything sitting over their nose or swallowing their face . If your already a mouth breather and wake up with dry mouth anyway the Side effects of this mask will be nothing new to you. I think it's a great mask but will take some effort adjusting their is an amount of drooling on that occurs with something in your mouth but the instructions say that lessons over time .

Liked the design. It was easy to use and setup for my CPAP machine. Very comfortable to wear with or without the neck strap. The bad things is that the nose plugs leak very badly and did not stay in place for me. Switched to a swimmers nose clip, but that made a pressure point on my nose and was not very comfortable to wear all night long. The major problem was that no matter where I set the humidity level on my CPAP machine I end up having a extremely dry mouth after a few hours of use. If the humidity level was set on high I would have drool all over the outside of my lips, but still have a dry mouth. Level set to low and I could only wear the device for an hour before I was woken with a parched mouth and made breathing difficult. As the heading said not for everyone.

This mask itself is built well. You will need some kind of nose clip to keep the air from blowing in your mouth and right out your nose again. If your CPAP machine has a low pressure setting, this won't be a problem. My pressure is set at 20, which I'm told is very high. At 20cm air pressure, the pressure is so high that nose clips don't always work for me, they get blown off. Also, with a pressure setting of 20 cm, I have trouble exhaling against the pressure and wake up gasping for air. So, this may be a good mask, it just doesn't work for me. With 20 cm air pressure, I have been unable to find a mask that doesn't leak.

I was so hopeful that this would be the right mask for me. My CPAP pressure is 20. It is high enough that mask stretched my cheeks to soreness. The nasal plugs did not stop the frequent breakthrough of air. I tried a swimming nasal clip and it was too tight to wear for a full night. The drooling caused with the tube in my mouth eliminated the ability to sleep on my back. The flange that fits between the gums and lips was uncomfortable. The seal was great though and no no Lamaze though my mouth. Needless to say, I was never even able to go to sleep. If you buy this, I would highly recommend paying the price to ensure the ability to return it if it does not work for you. It is hard to find the right mask sometimes. I have tried many and still go back to the first one I ever used even though it breaks and has to be replaced occasionally.

I had been struggling for so long with different CPAP masks & have probably tried at least 8 different types. None of them ever worked well. The problem was, when I would turn on my side (and who can sleep on their back all night), the pressure on my checks would create gaps in the masks which would create leaks, noise and awaken me and my husband with the noise. I used to scuba dive and this mask sounded like it might work. Also I can't really breathe well through my nose and the bridge of my nose is very small so other masks never fit. I decided to take a chance on this one. What a miracle! My husband said he had trouble getting to sleep the first night cause it was "too quiet?!!! It took several nights to get used to and I've found that my nose is congested in the mornings but it always was. My mouth isn't as dry as the normal masks made them even with the humidifier. If you are having the same types of problems I did, you may want to give this a try. It is really the answer for me.

Since I am a mouth breather at night I decided to try the Oracle 452. Works great - no leakage. The nasal plugs didn't work so I tried a swimmer's nose clip - way too tight and not adjustable. Ran across a nose plug (actually a clip that is adjustable) product for white water rafters - works great. I now look forward to wearing my cpap oral mask. The only draw back is a slightly bloated stomach.

This mask is best for folks who have issues with claustrophobia and / or nasal obstruction. Its well designed, easy to adjust for a leak-free fit. The only negative is the design of the nasal plugs which need to be used until you learn how not to exhale through you nose while sleeping. Check for my posts on apnea message boards on how to cope with this issue. A big plus for the ladies is that the single strap is entirely optional - no messed up hairdos.

However, it is too large for my mouth... my mouth was sore after wearing it only a few hours. There is also the issue of the nose plugs, the smallest being too large for my nose. I have searched the internet for different nose plugs with no success. I tried a nose clip, but that was painful, I even tried stuffing cotton up my nose, but that did not work either. If they made a smaller mask and refined the nose plugs, this mask would be absolutely perfect.

I cannot use any other mask due to nerve destruction and damage to my brain. This is the only mask that has worked for me. I do think its because the inner mouth seal normally comes with medium and large - not small. The older version did not have adjustment choices also. This company includes the small and large seals. I think it should come with all three. The key to success of use is starting out with nose plugs and humidifier on machine. I also added cold mist humidifier in my room. They were very prompt in shipping my order.

This is the third 452 I have owned. In general it is very good. Its just about the only oral mask on the market. The good is that it works. Good air flow (i'm at maximum) and its comfortable. The bad, Price. most doctors and internet providers charge between $120 and $150 for it. I was fortunate that I found one for $80. Durability: Most masks are paid for by insurance companies and so they are designed to be replaced every couple of months. The 452 is no exception. It is easy to bite too hard and crack the mouthpiece. Also, the soft rubber that the strap attaches to is easily breakable. With my previous 452 I had to make a leather strap that kept this from happening. Also, the inner soft mouthpiece is too big or needs to have different sizes. It takes a while to get used to it being too big. Finally although airflow is adequate, I would like to see the hard inner mouthpiece made a bit larger and made of semi soft material. This would increase airflow which I need. I have a feeling that the small holes in the hard plastic is reducing what I need.

As many reviewers have noted, the biggest problem with my Oracle is the nose plugs. Awkward, painful, blow out about 1 in the morning. Still working on a fix for that. Otherwise, the unit itself works great. Takes a little practice, but no leaks. I would have given it 5 stars if the nose pugs were better thought out.
