These full face gel cushions are designed for use on all ComfortGel Full CPAP/BiPAP masks. The ComfortGel FULL uses a different frame for each size so each cushion will only fit the corresponding mask size. Only purchase the cushion size that matches your mask size. An SST Flap is used to secure the gel cushion to the frame. If you need a replacement flap consider the Cushion & Flap pack available elsewhere on this site.
