For most CPAP/BiPAP machines and Oxygen systems, warranty coverage extends for 1- to 2-years from the date of purchase. It is designed to enable customers to try masks and chinstraps at home and still be able to return them to DirectHomeMedical for a refund. Adding 30-DAY ANY REASON RETURN protection to the Standard Manufacturer's Warranty on your mask or chinstrap means you may return the it--for any reason--within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original item price regardless of whether it has been opened or not.
