CPAP and BiPAP therapy are extremely effective forms of treatment for various forms of Sleep Apnea when used in compliance with doctors orders. However, non-compliance is a big issue. It has been estimated that over 65% of patients use the machine for a maximum of just 4 hours per night when it should be used for the duration of sleep.

It should be a little thicker for sleeping sideways, now i have to put a thin pillow underneath, otherwise i get a squeezed painful shoulder.

.Contour Pillow 2.0
I have used this contour pillow for several weeks now and I think it is great! The support on my neck while sleeping on my side has eliminated a sore neck and headache. It is easier to sleep on my side without dislodging my full face mask. My sleep numbers have improved since purchasing this pillow. I definitely recommend this product.

.Big help for back sleeper
I've had to learn to sleep on my back. This pillow is a great help. I place my neck in the cut out with the short limbs over my shoulders. It supports my head while I sleep. No more leaks from my head turning. I sleep great. Very good product

.Contour CPAP Pillow
An excellent pillow for those using a CPAP mask. I'm using a Mirage FX nasal mask and am a side sleeper both right and left sides. When sleeping on either side if positioned correctly on the pillow, the hose lies in the indentations and does not pull on the mask. This is a very comfortable pillow to sleep on although there is a short trial period involved since it is not very thick, flat and somewhat unyielding. Takes a short time to get adjusted to the pillow. All in all a very good pillow for a CPAP user.

.Stiff neck
Gave me a stiff neck. Prefer my husk adjustable pillow. Sorry! I have neck problems. Would not advise for people with back/ neck conditions. I can't use it.

.No Marks!
This pillow works really well. It's much easier to sleep and the CPAP face gear doesn't leave marks on my face. I had no trouble getting use to it. I like the cover on it, but still put a regular pillow case over it. When I took it out of the placic it did smell, but when using the CPAP there is no smell. I placed it on the back porch each day and gradually the smell got less and less-it's been two weeks now. I also washed the cover that came with it. Glad I bought it. I saw other pillows very like it on other web sites, but I like this one because of the cover. I recommend it.

.Contour CPAP pillow with fitted cover
I received my pillow and it has a very pungent order. I went to department store bought a soft plastic pillow cover with zipper and placed it on the pillow and I was able to sleep on it. The pillow itself is very nice and helps you keep everything in place. Other then the smell it is a good buy.

.head is tilted to cause neck pain
the neck support should be higher than the forehead or back of head support so that the neck is straight. The support under the head should not tilt the head up. I thought the head area would be softer to allow space for the head to sink in and keep the neck straight, but instead it raises the head and tilts the neck for neck pain.

.Sleeps like a baby
I actually bought this pillow for my husband who requires the use of oxygen at night and because of swallowing difficulties is required to sleep on his side. This pillow was not designed for this but it keeps his face positioned so that the oxygen hose does not cause creases in his face. Works out very well.

.Needed sleep
This pillow helped me sleep. However I do wish the side cut outs were a little bigger. The top of my headgear does now fit in it so my mask is pushed in to my face.

.Unusable
The shape of this pillow is wonderful. Unfortunately, the foam has an intensely strong odor that permeates the room with a toxic scent. We have aired the pillow outside in fresh country air for more than two weeks, sprayed it with Febreeze multiple times, and it still cannot be used. It is not returnable as we had to open the packaging to try it out. Buyer beware!!
