Not worth the money for me!

This product might work for some but didn't work for me. Even using the Theravent light I still couldn't breath. It felt like I was gasping for breath. I even tried poking very small holes in it like one reviewer said but that didn't help. I wound up tearing it off after two hours, its impossible to sleep with this unless you like sleeping with your mouth open but that's defeating the purpose because you still snore. If you want to try it start off with the six day starter kit.
stopped my snoring!

Theravent worked great for me! It completely stopped my snoring, so thanks! It takes some getting used to breathing through the mouth as you fall asleep, but they definitely work!
Give it a shot!

I got this product for my hubby who has always snored. Of course he sleeps right through it but it keeps me awake. He tried this for the first time last night. He thought it would be uncomfortable because of the strip over his nostrils but he fell asleep right away and did not snore at all. Good for him, great for me!
Theravent Nightly Snore theraoy

I used Theravent nightly snore therapy stronger version for one night. After 15-20 minutes, I had a feeling of suffocation and choking, and difficulty in breathing. So no relief for Snoring. Also after putting Theravent on nostrils, after 4-5 hours itching starts at its joint on nose. Frankly I am not happy with this therapy.

This product did not perform

I was tired of my wife complaining about my snoring so I went to a sleep study to see if I had sleep apnea. The study said I just snore so CPAP wasn't an option. I looked for over-the-counter remedies online including the sprays and mouth guards. They didn't work for me, but the Theravent patches--a strong adhesive patch on the bottom of your nose--did. At first you may panic when you put it on because it's hard to exhale but just remember to breathe through your mouth. Be patient is the best advice. I've been using it for a few months now and when I go to sleep I don't even think about it any more, the sleep is just normal.

I don't like the Theravent and the company offers no returns even though each one is individually sealed.
A good product, but didn't work for me

Service was great, and I'm sure the theravent system works for some. In my case, I had the same difficulty I have with CPAP: restricted exhalation causes a sense of panic that prevents sleep. Although I tried breathing through my mouth to fall asleep, that was uncomfortable and unnatural, also preventing sleep. I tried for 7 nights, but felt I had to give up, which was disappointing; I'd been so optimistic that theravent would be perfect for me, as I'm sure it is for many. I'm now back to using my oral device, which is not as effective, but allows me to sleep.
Great idea for a product

Unfortunately the resistance of the product was too high for me. My CPap is set at 7, the product is more similar to a 10 or 11. I didn't find it comfortable breathing with it for that reason. However, the fit was fine and not at all uncomfortable.
I Stopped Snoring!

It took a couple of nights to get used to sleeping with something on my nostrils, but not it's really easy to use. You just have to get past the idea that you can't breathe easily through your nose. Trust me it works if you let it.
very difficult to get used to

When you use this product it increases the difficulty to breathe through your nose. I tried to use it...and it lasted maybe 15 minutes before I had to rip it off. I just couldn't breathe through them
