Every product we sell comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects. For masks the warranty is 90-days from the date of purchase. For chinstraps the warranty is 30-days. For CPAP/BiPAP systems and oxygen concentrators the warranty is generally 2-years although individual policies may vary. If you purchase one of our products and find it is defective within the warranty period we will gladly repair or replace it free of charge based on the manufacturer's policies. Instructions for arranging warranty service are provided on each package invoice or receipt.
