PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICIES

Will you ship orders anywhere?
We ship within the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and military bases). We DO NOT ship internationally.

Once an order is place how long will it take to be shipped?
We ship more than 90% of all orders within 1 business day (M-F). If your order is going to be delayed more than a day or two we will notify you using the contact information provided with your original order.

How are orders shipped?
We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). When you place your order online you'll be able to select your preferred method of shipment directly at checkout. All shipping methods and costs will be displayed prior to selection.

FLAT RATE USPS SHIPPING is available on all orders depending on order amount. First Class shipping charges range from $2.50 to $7.50. Priority shipping charges range from $3.50 to $9.00. We also offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $99.

EXPRESS (1-2 Day) USPS SHIPPING is available on all orders with charges starting at $18.25 and rising depending on order amount.

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS) shipping is available for many of the items we sell including all oxygen concentrators and CPAP/BiPAP machines. We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS Three Day Select, UPS Ground and a variety of other UPS shipping methods. UPS shipping charges vary and are determined during checkout.
