This Hose Guide is designed for use with all Breeze SleepGear Nasal Pillow masks. It fits in place between the Breeze's Outrigger on one side and the Nasal Pillow (Plenum) Shell on the other. The Breeze's overhead tubing is channeled up the Hose Guide and two halo straps (included) attach it to the mask's Outrigger to increase overall stability. USAGE: This hose guide will NOT work with Breeze DreamSeal masks.
