I have had a lot of difficulty finding replacement parts for a unit made in Australia. This particular part fails with regularity because it attaches to the mask via a built in snap ring. My primary supplier, Apria, has never had this on hand and cannot order it. I found the part on line after a quick search, ordered 2, and had the part within 3-4 days. It is very convenient to be able to pick up a line of small parts in stock. Without this part, the unit cannot be used. I was a bit surprised on the price, but convenience is worth a lot. Order can be placed on line and progress can be tracked via e-mails. Very effective.
