.head gear to big
I'm very upset because the head gear is way too big and I am unable to use it. It's sitting on my table not being used. I know if the head gear fit, it would have been perfect and now I have to purchase another mask... not happy at all!

This has been the only mask that I have been able to use that doesn't irritate my face. I've used this model for the past eleven years even after trying numerous others (because none of the supplier in my area carry the Phantom mask). The downside is that SleepNet changed the head gear a couple of years ago to the present 2-point style and I struggle to adjust it to prevent leaks. The old 4-point head gear worked great, but I struggle with the current 2-point adjustment system.

I was unable to get any kind of a seal with this mask and head gear. Also, very noisy. Didn't get a single night's sleep. Back to my old mask.
