ResMed's DC-12 Converter allows you to operate S8 CPAP/BiLevel machines from 12 volt or 24 volt DC power sources like the "cigarette" style sockets found in most cars, boats and other vehicles. This is the only cord that should be used with these ResMed systems. COMPATIBILITY: This cord is compatible with all S8 Escape, S8 Escape II, S8 Elite, S8 Elite II, S8 AutoSet Vantage, S8 AutoSet II, and VPAP Auto machines. This cord will not work with the S8 Compact; for the S8 Compact use the ResMed approved PowerVerter 150 available elsewhere on this site.
